Resources developed like the EAT-Lancet Report and “Future 50 Foods” have helped illustrate the impact of biodiverse ingredients for a healthy people and planet.

In this session, Paul Newnham will discuss how a chefs’ language and influence can help to protect the world’s biodiversity while delivering good food for people and planet.
