In this workshop, we'll go through the concept of resource as it pertains to the nervous system, learning highly salient and effective ways to sustain, manage and amplify (when needed) your personal energy.

We'll go through methods for different phases of the day, creating daily practices for grounding, centreing, and down-regulating the beleaguered nervous system.

We'll cover the rudiments of the stress response and learn on-the-spot techniques for shifting gears and maintaining equipoise.

Further, we'll look at big picture goals and highest life desires, so we can see how all of this daily stuff fits into our biggest life goals and our creative flow.
