Free class, all welcome, spaces are limited, mats included.

Using a combination of modern and ancient meditation techniques, you will be guided through a session designed to focus your mind and body, bring you into the present-moment and widen and enhance your experience of the festival and your life in general!  

Coming from a previous corporate life with extreme levels of stress and pressure, Chris has used yoga and meditation to manage and reduce stress which has lead to a much healthier and balanced life. His classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
