Chefs Maria Elia, Smashing Plates, and Chantelle Nicholson, Tredwells, join creative forces once again at PX+ alongside Melanie Brown, Aussie & NZ Wine Cellar.

Dine with them for a journey along the Greek and British coast for an 8 course plant-forward tasting menu, paired with eclectic New Zealand wines.

With a nod to the Future 50 Foods, a focus on biodiverse and seasonal produce features in accordance with the principles of the Chef's Manifesto.

A journey through Greece and Britain, with an excursion to NZ along the way.

Their “Future 50 Foods” menu combines  ingredients which have been selected based on their high nutritional value, relative environmental impact, flavour, accessibility, acceptability and affordability. 


Maria and Chantelle will take some of these ingredients on an exciting flavour journey, expect dishes such as Broad Bean Baklava and Walnut & Fig Kanafeh Cheesecake.

The set of sustainability criteria is modelled after the Food and Agricultural Organization’s (FAO) definition of sustainable diets. Some of the Future 50 Foods have higher yields than similar crops, several are tolerant of challenging weather and environmental conditions, and many contain significant amounts of critical nutrients. Each has a story to tell.

£40 per person, includes a glass of Gusbourne Sparkling Wine.
