This re-energising yoga session will get your blood flowing and prepare you for your night-time festivities.

Harriet focuses on teaching a fun, dynamic and challenging practice of yoga. Her classes focus on fun creative sequencing to music, combining breath and movement as she draws on both Eastern and Western philosophy in her teachings. Her classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
