This re-energising yoga session will get your blood flowing and prepare you for your night-time festivities.

Chris is a vinyasa flow yoga teacher. His classes focus on re-connecting body and mind whilst being challenging and making sure to offer mobility, strength and flexibility for all levels.  His classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
