Join Spice Queen Ren Patel and Chef Tom Cenci, as they share a family style fire pit feast in the courtyard.

REN PATEL created Ren’s Kitchen just for chefs when she realised how dull and uninspiring dry stores in restaurants were. Dry Stores ingredients are generally not questioned in the same way as fresh produce. The provenance, season and quality are important factors for fresh produce but sadly dry stores are neglected-ordered in bulk from suppliers that deliver and go! Along came Ren with her fresh and finest spices and slowly but surely she is starting to change pantries in London and beyond. Her ethos is simple - support chefs with the best ingredients, supply them in any quantity they need and inspire them with new ingredients.

TOM CENCI was Executive Chef at Duck + Waffle, previously worked at Noble Rot and Restaurant Laurent in Paris. He’s currently taking a much needed pause, spending quality time with his family before considering his next move.
