Gabriel Melim will create a dinner focused on childhood memories from the West Coast of Sweden. His menu will reflect the style of one Michelin starred restaurant, Upper House Dining in Gothenburg. Guests will experience Gothenburg, with its closenesss to the sea and local foraged and presereved herbs and greens, through the memories of the chefs.
