Flock + Herd are a dedicate, passionate butchery based in Peckham. They work with like-minded small-scale farmers and producers who they have built up close relationships with, over many years. The majority of their suppliers have been supplying Flock + Herd for many years and provide a direct link to the farmers and slaughterhouses. They carefully butcher animals into retail and wholesale cuts and further process into award winning sausages and bacons. They are lucky to work with a couple of famers who only supply Flock + Herd in London like John and Dan at Otter Valley and Surrey Wildlife Trust.
