Baked Salt Founder Janie Fraser will be cooking an informal, unfussy, delicious sharing menu straight from the BBQ to the table with seasonal salads.

Buffalo mozzarella with lemon, chilli flakes and thyme leaves

Home cured salmon with star anise and orange with Carta di Musica and buckwheat crackers

Butterflied leg of lamb, sumac, kookoo sabzi, coriander seeds, rosemary and roasted garlic

Beetroot cakes with fresh coriander, carrot and miso puree

Both served with preserved lemon and yoghurt, roasted aubergine and mint leaves

Pickled carrot, green beans, spinach, feta and walnut

Summer coleslaw with kohlrabi, fennel and radicchio with a light mustard dressing

 Crushed baby potatoes and herbs

Almond tart with roasted plums and summer fruits

 Brown sugar meringues with Campari and orange cream, peaches and toasted melon seeds
